Important: Kruiterly processes Client Data on behalf of the Client to provide Services and does not use Client Data for unrelated purposes.

We do not disclose Client PII outside of performing Services, unless legally required.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the rights and lawful basis to provide PII to Kruiterly and for any required notices/consents.

- Limiting storage of Client Data to what is necessary for Service delivery
